How to Get Your Submission Ready!

HOW TO PREPARE A SUBMISSION

Here's how you can take part:

  • Sign up and create an account.
  • Take a look at the different categories and pick the ones you want to enter.
  • Fill out the simple 3-step online entry form for each category you've chosen. Remember to do this for each category you're interested in!
  • Send us TWO samples of each item in every category. Could you make sure they're clearly labelled?
  • Remember to complete all the online forms in total. Incomplete forms might mean your entry gets turned down.
  • When you submit, please tell us when the item was introduced onboard and give us a good product description.
  • Share a contact name and email address for the Airline and / or Supplier
  • Take a look at the "Rules of Entry" page to check out the eligibility and requirements that apply to all entries.
  • And lastly, make sure to provide us with comprehensive contact details along with the kit.

JUDGING

The judging process for the TravelPlus Amenity Awards centres on the traveller's desires and needs. Onboard Passenger Amenities worldwide are designed with the traveller in mind. It is crucial for TravelPlus that these needs are consistently reflected in the design of the products offered on board.

The judging process follows the TPLUS criteria – Trend, Pleasure, Luxury, Usability, and Sustainability- from the traveller’s perspective. Judges are carefully screened and selected to ensure their qualifications. TravelPlus requires them to have taken at least six return flights in the past twelve months for business, leisure, or a combination of both.

Judging is conducted in small focus groups, with judges who have relevant travel experience for the assessed categories. Each group is moderated to ensure adherence to the TPLUS criteria. Using small focus groups of travellers, the TravelPlus Amenity Awards truly reflect the passengers' views and remain genuinely objective and impartial."

COST OF ENTRY

The entry fee is GBP 290.00. The official closing date of 15th January 2027,

By completing the entry fee payment, you will be granted the privilege of utilising the official awards logo. Additionally, your product will be automatically featured in the TravelPlus 2027 Awards Review, with photographs and a product description.
